REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide high-quality spices and products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and spice products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Expired product received

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof (photos/videos) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The return request is made after 48 hours

  • The damage is caused after delivery

Food items once opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of refund, customers may choose:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
